According to Ivoh Gordon Godwin, who raised the alarm on a social network victims are singled out by their clothing and accent and asked to repeat "Sai Buhari" by Buhari supporters. No one has been confirmed dead at this time as all reported victims later agreed to repeat the chant and were set free.
